Speaking of the engine, the Tata HBX can be given a 1.2-liter Revotron gasoline engine, which produces 86 Bhp of power and 114 Newton-meters of torque. Automatic and manual gearboxes can be used with this engine. The same engine has also been used in the Tiago and Ultrose.
