  • 1 1/2 cups fresh breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • ¼ cup fresh, finely chopped dill
  • ¼ cup fresh chives, finely chopped
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 600 g fish fillet
  • 2 butter spoons
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

How to prepare:

Combine the breadcrumbs, cheese, dill and chives in a large, shallow dish. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.   • 4 salmon fillets
  • 6 tablespoons teriyaki marinade or soy sauce
  • 50 g sesame seeds

  • ½ large red chili
  • 2 teaspoons grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

How to prepare

Dip the salmon fillets in marinated teriyaki and cover them with sesame seeds. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and fry each steak on each side for 5 minutes. Steamed broccoli and scabies.
