Spanish Meatballs Recipe in Sauce

Ingredients
1.5 pounds of minced beef
2 oz cured ham
2 eggs
2 onions
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
1/2 cup of sherry
1 cup beef broth
Olive oil
2 tablespoons flour
Salt
Ground pepper
Chopped parsley

To start, peel and chop the onion as you would any other meal. Place the minced meat in a bowl and mix the onion, ham, beaten eggs and a tablespoon of breadcrumbs. Season the mixture, since the ham is salted. Now work the dough by hand and place the flour and breadcrumbs in a cup, half of each. Take a small amount of dough with a spoon, place it in the cup and move it around the meatballs until covered with crumbs. Continue this until all the dough is gone.

Heat the oil in a saucepan over high heat and then fry the meatballs until they are fully cooked and browned on the outside. Move them and place them in a saucepan. Chop the remaining onion and sauté with 3 teaspoons of oil. Add a tablespoon of flour, sherry and beef broth. Rectify the salt and boil, then strain and pour over the meatballs. Simmer for 15 minutes.

Sprinkle with parsley and serve with rice or potatoes. Enjoy!
